today my day started like this....

Are you frustrated? 'Cmon, let it out! We've got some suggestions on how to ease that moment of frustration in a harmless, healthy manner. Here are just some of them:

A. Go for a walk When faced with a frustrating situation, walk away from the situtation. Time and distance, will often help to eliminate the frustraion. The walk allows you to think about how to resolve it

B. Take it outside and yell. Go out the back door, and do a little yelling. We suggest you do it away from others. Afterwards, you will feel much better.

C. Let your feelings out... If you need to cry, then cry.

D. Think.... consider what will ease or eliminate those frustrations. How can you resolve the problem?

F. Talk... let your feelings out to someoneyou can confide in. If it's a frustration about a person, talk with them. Let them know how you feel.

G . Seek help. Use a frined, a family member, or a professional to help you

writing the above lines are very easy right???
absolutely yes because those are the lines written in the absence of vexation.

coming to my view,
my day started with long hour power shut down at my villa and also i must say lack of time for getting ready to go to office, added to the fuel.

in between my brother taking of my snaps in order to preserve the photo and show my family that how myself look in frustrating mood?

my god!!!!that was so nettlesome and indeed frustrating too
in that frustrating situation,if any of your friends turns to you and talk dizzy things?
what will be your reaction?
you feel like kicking him or her right?

in effect,i gripped the same today.....

what so ever, today my day started with frustration but ended with an analogous good mood by writing blog on my vexation.
anyways try to overcome this emotion by doing your favorite work which adds pleasure.
share your comments with personal experiences faced by you, if any.

Its not only u who is facing this problem...it has become a common thing mostly for youngsters....especially we professionals have to tackle many things....when i was attending for pcc classes i used to get up at 5 o clock and just start thinking whether i should go for coll or i should sit n study so that i can understand the class to a better extent or if i go to class ill be late to the office if iam late he will not leave me early to attend the class...like this a lot of thinking process will depress me a lot....and ur views on frustration and hw to face them is very good and i too follow most of them....
